تنطبق هذه الشروط على سفرتنا الذي يعمل على منصة سفرتنا. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها.

ما هو التطبيق

سفرتنا سوق تعرض فيه مطابخ ومحلات منزلية مستقلة في عُمان أكلها. عندما تطلب فأنت تشتري من المحل الذي يبيع الطبق، والمنصة توفر التطبيق ونظام الطلبات والدليل. كل محل مسؤول عن أكله وأسعاره ونظافته وتوصيله.

الطلبات والدفع

  • الأسعار بالريال العُماني ويحددها كل محل. تظهر رسوم التوصيل قبل الطلب.
  • يكون الدفع للمحل أو لسائقه عند الاستلام أو التوصيل كما يظهر عند الطلب. التطبيق لا يأخذ مدفوعات بالبطاقة.
  • يتأكد الطلب عندما يقبله المحل. وللمحل أن يرفض أو يلغي طلبًا لا يستطيع تنفيذه، ولن تُحاسب عليه.
  • التوصيل متاح داخل نطاق توصيل المحل فقط، وإلا يمكنك الاستلام من المحل.
  • قد يحتوي أكل البيت على مسببات حساسية؛ اسأل المحل قبل الطلب إن كانت لديك حساسية.

حسابك

  • استخدم رقم هاتف صحيحًا يخصك ليتمكن المحل من التواصل معك.
  • لا تضع طلبات وهمية، ولا تستخدم رقم شخص آخر، ولا تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات ليست لك.
  • يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).

المحلات والطبّاخات والسائقون

حسابات الموظفين يمنحها المحل. ويلتزم الموظفون باستخدام التطبيق لعمل المحل فقط، وبحفظ كلمة المرور، وبسرية بيانات الزبائن. ولا يشارك السائق موقعه إلا وهو متصل.

المسؤولية

تعمل المنصة على إبقاء التطبيق متاحًا ودقيقًا، لكنه يُقدَّم "كما هو". المنصة ليست بائع الأكل ولا تتحمل مسؤولية منتجات المحل أو خدمته، إلا حيث ينص القانون العُماني على غير ذلك. ولا يقيّد شيء في هذه الشروط حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في عُمان.

These terms apply to Safratna, which runs on the Safratna platform. By using the app you agree to them.

What the app is

Safratna is a marketplace where independent home kitchens and shops in Oman list their food. When you order, you buy from the shop that sells the dish; the platform provides the app, the order system and the directory. Each shop is responsible for its food, its prices, its hygiene and its delivery.

Orders and payment

  • Prices are in Omani rials (OMR) and are set by each shop. A delivery fee is shown before you order.
  • Payment is made to the shop or its driver on collection or delivery, as shown at checkout. The app does not take card payments.
  • An order is confirmed when the shop accepts it. A shop may refuse or cancel an order it cannot fulfil; you will not be charged for it.
  • Delivery is only available inside a shop's delivery area; otherwise you can collect from the shop.
  • Homemade food may contain allergens. Ask the shop before ordering if you have an allergy.

Your account

  • Give a phone number that is yours and correct, so the shop can reach you.
  • Do not place false orders, misuse another person's number, or try to access data that is not yours.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

Shops, cooks and drivers

Staff accounts are given by a shop. Staff agree to use the app only for the shop's work, to keep their password private, and to treat customers' details as confidential. Drivers share their location only while Online.

Liability

The platform works to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". The platform is not the seller of the food and is not liable for a shop's products or service, except where Omani law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law of Oman.
